Semi-retired couple in Great Falls, VA is seeking a live-out or live-in House Manage/Executive Housekeeper. This is a full time salaried position with benefits (work schedule is negotiable).

About the position:

We are an active semi-retired couple. We have a large house on a five acre property in Great Falls, VA with a pool and canadian pharmacy viagra vegetable garden. We have two active Australian Shepherd dogs. We are looking for a full-time House Manager with a flexible schedule who can help maintain the household and provide resident coverage of the house during our absence. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and background. We travel approximately 60 days per year.

Position Requirements:

  • Discretion and flexibility
  • Non-smoker
  • Availability to house sit overnight and some weekends

Duties to include:

  • Care of cars (including: scheduling maintenance/inspections, washing, refueling)

  • Pet care

This Estate Manager is a full-time position primarily responsible for successful estate operations through: oversight of residences, facilities and property; management, mentorship and leadership supporting full and part-time domestic staff and vendors; planning dinners, banquets, special events and on-site activities; ensuring fulfillment of all service, maintenance, testing, design, logistics, support, installation & construction requirements for the owner; teaming with security, yacht crew and enterprise-wide partners to foster mutual relationships, collaboration, improvements and efficiencies; mastering budget planning & reporting, with adherence to established PO systems and chain approvals; manpower recruiting, hiring, scheduling and reviews; emergency response planning & preparedness.
