ANDREW LOWREY – President
Founder and President of Precise Home Management, Andrew Lowrey, is a formally trained British Butler. For nearly two decades he worked in some of the world’s most luxurious homes as a Butler & Estate Manager. During this time he also worked aboard private yachts throughout Europe and America. Mr. Lowrey’s service career began with serving British Royalty while training in the hotel business.
A native Englishman, Andrew continued to work in four and five star hotels in Cambridge and London until his voyage took him aboard the prestigious P&O Cruise Line. Upon Andrew’s return from his deployment during the Falkland Conflict, he established and operated his own restaurant in Cambridgeshire, England. After graduating from the world renowned Ivor Spencer International Butler School, Andrew was employed as Head Steward on the 345 ft. private yacht of Saudi Royalty. Having traveled the Globe extensively during his career, Andrew relocated to the United States to accept the position of Butler and Estate Manager for one of Maryland’s most prominent families in a 25,000 sq. foot home built for a member of the Vanderbilt family.
In 1998, Andrew founded Precise Home Management. In addition to consulting, training & sourcing domestic staff, and management of clients’ homes worldwide, Andrew has advised and appeared as the Butler on the ABC Series “The Family.” Other television appearances include: “The ABC Evening News”, UPN’s “Life & Style”, NBC’s “Living It Up with Ali & Jack”, and England’s SKY “Jeeves & Wooster”. Articles in major publications have included: Forbes, People, Town & Country, Robb Report, Millionaire, Style and Washington Life to name a few. Andrew currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland and Cambridge, England.
MICHAEL WRIGHT – Director of Services
Mr. Wright joined Precise Home Management in 2018 and was appointed as the Director of Services & CEO. He is responsible for the daily operations of Precise Home Management, execution of all services, and enhancing the PHM brand around the globe.
Originally from Michigan, Mr. Wright started his career as a finish carpenter and worked in some of the largest estates in Oakland County. After some time he transitioned into a career in sales & marketing. Having spent time in corporate America as a trainer for a Fortune 500 company and in various Director of Marketing positions, he yearned for something with a greater purpose.
In 2007, Mr. Wright co-founded Domestic Estate Management Association (DEMA) an industry trade association for Private Service Professionals. During his tenure from 2007-2017 he sat as the Executive Director and Vice President of DEMA. Under his leadership the association rapidly grew to over 3,000 members spanning across the globe. The association had over 20 active chapters domestically and abroad, with approximately 150 events annually drawing over 4,500 attendees.
Mr. Wright has been quoted and featured in major publications such as: Forbes, New York Times, Bloomberg, NPR, D Business, HOUR Detroit, The Shiny Sheet – Palm Beach Daily News, Orlando Sentinel, The Triton, and the Naples Daily News. Michael currently resides in Winter Garden, FL.
PETER VAN RYDER – Placement Specialist
Peter started his service career working as a bellman and concierge in a small luxury hotel in Houston, Texas; eventually working his way up to upper management of a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Refining his skills as an Innkeeper at a four star Country Inn and French Restaurant. He was previously certified as a Cisco Network Administrator and a Microsoft Systems Administrator. Having worked in homes on both coasts and overseas, from 9,000 to 30,000 square feet, on estates ranging from 4 to 280 acres with active horse trails, he has honed his skills through continuous education and a drive for the betterment of the industry.
Dedicated and resilient service & hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience working closely with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals at their private residences and estates. Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, taking charge of challenging situations to deliver superior results without causing undue worry to the principals. Known for building effective procedures and policies that are documented within comprehensive household manuals to ensure the continuity of service at every property, regardless of its location or distance from the main residence. Formally trained and capable of performing traditional butler services while flexible enough to work comfortably in casual households. Extremely adaptable to different personalities, effectively communicating with everyone, from the property owners to the staff.
