Headquartered Here Since 1998, And Still Here Today
Precise Home Management was founded on Maryland's Eastern Shore by Andrew Lowray, a professionally-trained British butler, and it's still where our team is based. Long before we placed staff in Baltimore, DC, or Palm Beach, we built our reputation on this stretch of the Chesapeake, with the historic estates, waterfront homes, and working farms that define this region.
We meet with every Eastern Shore family in their home before we ever suggest a candidate, because we know this region's rhythms better than anyone, seasonal households, working waterfronts, and multi-generational estates included. Every candidate we present has been interviewed in person or by video, evaluated for character as much as skill, and cleared through an advanced background investigation.
