Overview
A private family seeks an experienced and nurturing Nanny to care for their three young children under the age of 5. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of prior experience working in high-net-worth or fully staffed homes, with a proven ability to balance structure, creativity, and warmth in a dynamic household.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the children
Create and implement daily routines and engaging age-appropriate activities (educational play, outdoor time, creative projects, etc.)
Manage children’s schedules, including naps, meals, and extracurriculars
Prepare healthy meals and snacks as needed
Maintain children’s areas, toys, and wardrobes in tidy, organized condition
Handle children’s laundry and assist with packing/unpacking for trips
Accompany the family on travel, both domestic and international, as needed
Collaborate with parents and household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Valid passport (for travel)
Clean background check and verifiable references
5–7 years of full-time experience as a nanny in a private or HNW residence
Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills, reliability, and discretion
Flexibility to adjust hours as needed based on family schedule
