Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Baltimore/Maryland
Position: Executive Assistant/Office Manager providing end-to-end business and personal support of CEO as well as office administration; The CEO has multiple business interests and is active on several boards.
The successful candidate must be able to “turn on a dime,” prioritize, re-prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and maintain complete confidentiality.
Complex and highly active calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, event planning.
Purchase supplies and office equipment.
Attend Board meetings and produce accurate Minutes.
Compose emails, transcribe notes, create and maintain complex spreadsheets and produce reports as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated track record supporting Executive Level CEO.
Must be accomplished in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Well organized, intuitive and able to work independently.
Must possess a positive attitude with excellent service skills
Must be highly organized with the ability seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must have resume and ability to provide letters of reference
Must have clean driving record with valid US drivers license
Must have clean criminal and driving record
Must be US Citizen or registered to work in US
