Property Manager Couple [Live In] – Potomac, illness MD

This Live In, Caretaker Couple position is for a team or energetic individual seeking a unique opportunity. The primary role is to care for an meticulously organized 6, stuff 000 sq ft home including housekeeping, exterior maintenance and order generic viagra driving. Accommodations are a fully furnished, private 1,000 sq ft apartment separate from the main house.
The family travels domestically and internationally for over 100 days per year. While self-described as a “perfectionist” the principal has enjoyed many long-term relationships with household employees.
It is expected that the duties of this position will be shared between the spouse / partners in the Property Manager Couple according to their skills and expertise. Our client requires that all responsibilities of this position be discharged by one or both members of the couple. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare simple breakfast meals
Bringing in the mail
Setting and clearing the table
Helping with the cooking and cleaning the kitchen as needed by private chef
Keep a list of ongoing tasks
Washing, ironing and putting clothes away and scheduling dry cleaning
Dusting paintings and frames of fine art
Cleaning all closets, drawers, cabinets, etc. in entire house
Turning and tidying pillows throughout the home
Filling up all the vehicles at the gas stations
Pickup and drop off at airport
Maintaining and cleaning vehicles
Sending and Wrapping packages
Running errands such as grocery shopping, sending packages and dry cleaning
Snow removal from paths and shrubs
Blowing leaves as needed
Sweeping the Patios, Walkways, and the Front Stoop
Cleaning patio furniture
Clean exterior lights
Changing light bulbs and removing cobwebs in light fixtures
Watering flowers in pots
Help with packing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a commitment to excellence and professional demeanor.
Previous residential management experience preferred
Strong work ethic and a willingness to undertake any necessary task.
Attention to minute detail and exceptionally high personal and professional standards.
Excellent personal and professional organizational, prioritizing and implementation skills.
Must have resume and ability to provide letters of reference
Must have clean criminal record
Must be US Citizen or registered to work in US
Must have daily access to vehicle in order to travel to nearby locations on short notice
Must have clean driving record with valid US drivers license
