We conduct pre-screening interviews and a preliminary background checks to determine top potential candidates. Our proprietary process ensures that you’re presented with the best fit for your household staffing needs.
INTERVIEWS
We help coordinate first and second interviews with your top preferences, including all necessary follow-up, to ensure your time is used efficiently and effectively.
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
Because the standard, required background checks alone are not, in our opinion, sufficient to ensure the safety of you and your family, we also work with a leading independent investigator who does a thorough background investigation. This includes extensive character checks to determine the integrity of your chosen candidate and to uncover any hidden criminal or derogatory behavior.
