This role will travel to each property to implement protocols, staffing structure, vendor systems, service standards, and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring every home operates with consistent, luxury-level efficiency and readiness at all times.

The Estate Manager is responsible for full operational oversight, maintenance, vendor management, capital improvement planning, and service consistency across a portfolio of luxury residences and rental properties. Each home, regardless of size or frequency of use, must remain guest-ready, secure, fully staffed, and maintained to a mirrored standard of excellence.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Property Oversight & Service Standardization

• Set up complete household operations for all homes, including systems, standards, and workflows.

• Create and enforce SOPs and service protocols for housekeeping, laundry, kitchens, and guest readiness.

• Maintain mirrored service levels across all residences, including cleanliness, functionality, stocking, preventative maintenance, seasonal transitions, and presentation.
