Client seeking an experienced butler for their 10k sq ft home in Mclean VA
This individual will take pride in all aspects of this role and enjoy all the traits required for this role.
This young family of 3 are seeking a calm experienced induvial that can bring their knowledge of running a more formal home.
Listed below are some of the duties required:
Oversee all entertaining needs to include breakfast service, lunch service, dinner service and afternoon tea service
Serving family member and their guests
Driving on occasion to pick up family or guests from airport or other
Oversee housekeepers or cleaning teams
Vendor management to include landscapers, HVAC, pest control, pool services
Create checklists for household protoco0ls to include guest preferences and family preferences
Create guest room checklists to include the kind of flowers, toiletries, linens, newspapers magazines for guest room

EA/PA Property Manager
This is a unique opportunity for a “go-getter” that can manage some admin duties along with some property management for 11 months out of the year.
4 weeks out of the year you will be needed as a housekeeper for 2 properties in Napa & Carmel when the family is in town. Client will provide accommodation during the few weeks of travel per year. These homes are spread between San Francisco, Nappa.
The family have a home in Pebble beach that they visit a couple of times a year and the housekeeper would take care of their needs when in residence on those occasions. Ideal candidate would live in the north side of the golden gate bridge in San Francisco, CA.

Executive Housekeeper
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing of kitchen and bathrooms to maintain the cleanliness and standards of the home.
Care of fine furnishings including artwork and rugs
Making beds and changing linens
Launder and iron clothes and linens with occasional small mending tasks
Polish silver
Organize closets and storage spaces
Clean, tidy, and organize outdoor living spaces.
Clean outdoor grill
Water indoor and exterior plants and planted pots
Schedule and supervise vendors for repairs of equipment when needed
Inventory and purchase groceries and household supplies
Run requested errands such as mailing letters, packages and picking up food orders
Occasionally plan and cook light meals
Assist with holiday decorating
Set up and clean up for occasional guests and family gatherings
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Three or more years of experience providing similar services to high-level private
homes. References required.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Clean criminal record
Clean driving record
S. citizen or registered to work in the U.S.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Part-Time Chef
Couple with 2 children who resides in Potomac MD is seeking a professional, experienced and creative part-time Chef M,W,F $350-$500 per day DOE. Ideal candidate has private chef experience in Italian/French cooking, knowledgeable and experienced with clean and healthy cooking, understands the importance of maintaining discretion, discreet and calm demeanor, assertive, positive, proactive, organized and detail oriented, service focused, kind, respectful and seeking longevity. Couple is open to local candidates. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Previous Chef Experience in Italian/French Cooking

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creativity in preparing healthy and clean meals (organic food preferred)
Preparing foods based around specific diets
Keeping up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and fads
Experienced with planning menus for principals, and children
Creating lists and ordering or shopping for fresh foods
Professional presence and experience in food presentation and table setting is mandatory
All food preparation and kitchen related duties along with grocery shopping
High standards of health and hygiene with food
Properly storing ingredients and leftovers
Coordinating cooking and serving times with principals
Cleaning and tidying kitchen after each use
Maintaining all kitchen equipment.
Ensure pantry, refrigerator are properly stocked in accordance with the family’s travel and entertaining schedules
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, excellent time management, efficient and service focused
Attentive to principals’ preferences and style (intuitive to their needs)
Ability to maintain discretion (confidentiality agreement is required)
Ability to be discreet with respect for family’s privacy
Professional presentation of self and great personality
Ability to easily take direction
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently and effectively with principals and domestic staff
Discreet and understand the importance of when to be present and when to be hidden

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of consistent and recent private chef experience
3-4 references from domestic positions
United States passport preferred
